These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from The Collectors Choice online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Using our store
You must use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the store in a way that infringes the rights of others.
2. Products and product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on screens, lighting and photography. Measurements, capacities and other product information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Nothing in a product description, image or other store content excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that applies under Australian law.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in that order at the prices and shipping charges shown at checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or another reasonable operational issue prevents us from supplying the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no goods have been supplied, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charge.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be made using a payment method offered through the store.
5. Shipping
The Collectors Choice currently ships online orders within Australia.
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our return, refund and cancellation arrangements are set out in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If those guarantees are not met, the remedies available to you depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation as provided by law.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created for The Collectors Choice website, including our branding, written content, graphics and original photography, is owned by or licensed to The Collectors Choice and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Third-party names, characters, artwork, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping and social platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies and amounts available under applicable law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth laws.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
